Dwell RV Resort & Casita Cabins in Topock, Arizona, has begun accepting guests with an initial 37 RV sites and four cabins, ahead of a full grand opening planned for summer 2026. Located near the Colorado River and Lake Havasu, the property is expected to expand to 164 full-hookup RV sites and 20 cabins, with amenities including a pool, fitness center, and pet park. The development will also add 20 enclosed storage units and 145 covered spaces for long-term RV and boat storage.
The phased opening is consistent with a common industry approach in which operators bring partial inventory online early while completing larger build-outs, particularly in markets combining outdoor recreation with vehicle storage demand.
