Tim and Katlyn Ayers of South Carolina closed on a deal recently to purchase Bayou Wilderness RV Campground, 201 Saint Clair Road, officials with Elifin Realty announced. Lakes Parks RV in Fort Myers has sold. The mobile home park was bought by a local investor for $8.2 million. The seller was an Orlando LLC named Lakes Park RV. It bought the property in 2018. The deed for the sale was recorded Sept. 7, 2018, though Lee County property records don’t show a sale price. There was a $3.5 million mortgage in the LLC’s name recorded the same date. Texas Developer Will Include 2,300-Plus RV Sites in Taylor County, Texas

An RV park with more than 2,300 lots is under development in Taylor County (Texas), according to KTAB. During a meeting on Tuesday (Sept. 23), Taylor County commissioners approved a final infrastructure development plan for the Elmdale RV Park, which will be located off Elmdale Road N and Mesquite Lane. The park will house 2,313 RV spots, encompassing 148 acres. In addition to the RV spots, the park will feature a playground, dog park, sand volleyball area, and an office/clubhouse. Source
