Lakes Parks RV in Fort Myers has sold. The mobile home park was bought by a local investor for $8.2 million. The seller was an Orlando LLC named Lakes Park RV. It bought the property in 2018. The deed for the sale was recorded Sept. 7, 2018, though Lee County property records don’t show a sale price. There was a $3.5 million mortgage in the LLC’s name recorded the same date. Officials Approve Development of 40-Site RV Park Project in Concho Valley, Arizona
The Apache County Board of Supervisors worked through a full agenda at its Aug. 18 meeting, approving tax levies, health service contracts and a new development in Concho Valley. The board approved a conditional use permit allowing Country Club Properties LLC to move forward with plans for a 40-unit RV park in Concho Valley, next to the former golf course.
