Metro Council members are moving forward with plans to build a farm-themed RV park on the floodplain near Music Valley in the Nashville, TN MSA. The plan includes a restaurant and a greenway trail. Housing Authority Under Contract to Purchase Virginian RV Park

The Teton County Board of County Commissioners, Jackson Town Council and Jackson/Teton County Housing Authority announced the housing authority is under contract to acquire the land beneath the Virginian Recreational Vehicle (RV) Park for a future affordable workforce housing development. Waterton, a national real estate investor based in Chicago and Orion, a developer based locally in Jackson, bought the iconic hotel and adjacent RV park in August 2020. Anticipated Changes to the SBA Rulebook

On April 11th, 2023, the Small Business Administration (SBA) released their final rule, which includes eligibility and procedural changes that make SBA 504 financing even more obtainable. The SBA aims to make the SBA 504 loan available to more small businesses by relaxing eligibility criteria, reducing required documentation and implementing an updated credit policy. Jetstream Communities, an affiliate of locally based firm CityStreet Residential Partners, has completed renovations at Jetstream RV Resort — Pearland, a 234-site park located on the southern outskirts of Houston. City of Benton, AR to Purchase 511 Acres for $7.6 Million for RV Park, Sports Complex

The City of Benton will purchase 511 acres along the Saline River at a cost of $7.6 million, paid over a 10-year period, city officials announced Thursday. Driven to remedy several issues at an unsightly RV/mobile home park, which poses many safety concerns and health hazards, Huron officials took some decisive action. During Tuesday’s city council meeting, staff members announced they’ll commit $900,000 to purchase what’s known as Oster’s mobile home park at Cleveland and Rye Beach (U.S. 6) roads beside LEMmy’s.
