A new RV park is coming to Foley, after the Baldwin County Planning and Zoning Commission approved it earlier this month. Emerald Coast Resort, a 125-lot RV park along County Road 65 just outside of Foley, will feature several amenities, including a pool, a bathhouse and an open-air pavilion, according to Baldwin County records. The Vale Valley RV Park is open for business. The 122-space RV park in West Vale stretches across 19 acres and received its certificate of occupancy from the Malheur County Building Department, Thursday, Oct. 19. The 23-acre property is about half a mile west of the Navarre Beach Fishing Pier on the Santa Rosa Sound side.
