Arkansas State Parks dedicated the renovated and improved Horse Campground at Devil’s Den State Park. Surrounded by park supporters, community members and equestrian enthusiasts, the ceremony celebrated the completion of a major upgrade to a well-loved amenity at the park.

This renovation reflects our dedication to providing high-quality recreational experiences while preserving the natural beauty and heritage of Devil’s Den,” said Shea Lewis, secretary of the Department of Arkansas Parks, Heritage and Tourism. “We’re excited to welcome riders and campers back to this special place with improvements that make it more comfortable and functional.”

The updated Horse Campground is part of Arkansas State Parks’ broader effort to invest in infrastructure and visitor amenities across the state, ensuring that generations to come can enjoy diverse recreational opportunities in the Natural State.

Located at 11333 West Arkansas Highway 74, Devil’s Den State Park has long been a favorite destination for hikers, mountain bikers and equestrians.
