The Apache County Board of Supervisors worked through a full agenda at its Aug. 18 meeting, approving tax levies, health service contracts and a new development in Concho Valley.
The board approved a conditional use permit allowing Country Club Properties LLC to move forward with plans for a 40-unit RV park in Concho Valley, next to the former golf course.
The Planning and Zoning Commission had previously recommended approval with conditions to address traffic access, water usage, and community effects.
