Estacada’s new 98-space River Mill RV Park had its grand opening and ribbon cutting last week and the park is ready for campers.

We’re happy to provide a safe place to stay for people coming through” for the attractions around Estacada, said Dean Gano, chief compliance officer for Vancouver, Wash.-based owner, RV Inn Style Resorts.

The park, located at 30575 S.E. River Mill Road, features full hook-up sites, restrooms, showers, a laundry facility, a recreation center with a kitchen and extra parking. It opened for campers in January.

Gano said that the park offers an affordable place to stay in an area that does not have a lot available but also has a lot of things to do.

Winter rates are $45 per day, summer $65 per day and the cost is $750 per month.

Gano said the park expects to have “some long term guests and daily and weekly vacationers.”

The park is pet friendly, but has rules for pets. For example, dogs must be on a leash and cannot be left unattended.

The company’s website says “all RVs newer than the year 2000 will be accepted with approval” and it asks for recent pictures.

RVs must be in good working order and fully functioning,” the company says.

The new Estacada park is one of 28 RV and mobile home parks in Oregon and Washington owned by RV Inn Style Resorts.
