A Florida-based private equity firm that specializes in real estate investments has acquired a Triad campground that has been popular with RV campers across the state and beyond for more than three decades. TRG Resorts, an affiliate of The Requity Group of Tampa, Florida, closed on Dec. 13 on the 147-site Zooland Family Campground at 3671 Pisgah Covered Bridge Road near Asheboro.
