Marcus & Millichap has brokered the sale of a 16-acre RV resort in Kingsville, located outside of Corpus Christi. Nature’s Own RV Resort features 115 sites and amenities such as a clubhouse, laundry facilities and a pool. The Port of Woodland last week announced its acquisition of the Columbia Riverfront RV Park in Woodland for approximately $6.5 million. The nine-acre RV park, which has operated for decades, is situated along the Columbia River, nestled between existing Port of Woodland properties to the north and south. The location features 76 sites, a pool and a clubhouse. Interestingly, the property was once owned by the Port before being sold to its previous owners decades ago. Inland Real Estate Acquisitions, LLC has negotiated and closed the purchase of Phoenix RV Park & Storage, an RV park in Salem, Oregon. Mark Cosenza, senior vice president of Inland Acquisitions, with assistance from David Neboyskey, VP and associate counsel of The Inland Real Estate Group, LLC, Law Department, completed the deal on behalf of an Inland affiliate.   Partners Real Estate has brokered the sale of Lost River RV Park in the eastern Houston suburb of Baytown. Lost River RV Park spans 11 acres and features 153 sites and 47 self-storage units. Landan Dory and Cole Little of Partners represented the seller, an entity doing business as Lost River RV LLC, in the transaction.
