Jackson County Planning Commission gave a recommendation for a special exception of zoning for an RV Park in Gulf Park Estates Wednesday.   A recreational vehicle and camping park is coming to Union Township. Township supervisors, on Thursday, approved a conditional use request by Ricki Trinidad, the president of Royalty Camping 1 LLC, for a RV camping park called Royalty Camping. The camping park will be located in a 30-acre area of land just off Old Youngstown Road in the Central Commercial zoning district. Metro Council members are moving forward with plans to build a farm-themed RV park on the floodplain near Music Valley in the Nashville, TN MSA. The plan includes a restaurant and a greenway trail. The 20-acre development includes four fully furnished houses that are available for rent. Renovations primarily focused on spaces that house amenities, which include a pool, clubhouses, fitness center, business center,  arcade, dog park, outdoor dining and gaming areas, a beer garden and onsite laundry facilities.
