US-based property developer Blue Water Development has further expanded its portfolio with the launch of Jetstream RV Resort at Stafford, Texas, US.

It includes a range of amenities, including a swimming pool, fitness centre, dog park and dog wash, outdoor kitchen with grill, firepit with pergola, fishing pond and a clubhouse.
Located 19 miles from downtown Houston and 13 miles from the Texas Medical Centre, the RV resort is set to celebrate a ribbon-cutting event on 3 June.
Blue Water Development operation manager Jacob Snyder said: “Jetstream RV Resort at Stafford will be an exciting opportunity, not only for family vacations but also for conferences, travel sports, and even long-term stays for contract workers.
“The resort is a member of the Fort Bend County Chamber of Commerce and brings an upscale stay option for those looking for a safe and relaxing environment.
Blue Water Development specialises in the investment, development, and management of hotels, attractions, RV resorts and campgrounds.
It currently comprises 67 properties across 21 sites, including Aloft Ocean City, Endless Caverns RV Resort, and Eric & Jay’s RV Resort, among others.
Last month, Blue Water Development invested $8.8m to upgrade infrastructure at four of its oceanfront hotels – SeaLoft Oceanfront Hotel, Bay Resort Waterfront Hotel, Commander Hotel & Suites, and Crystal Coast Oceanfront Hotel.
