Advanced Outdoor Solutions’ relationship with Cleveland Construction, owners of Camp Cedar, came full circle this year when the Ohio property they (AOS) designed, developed and fought for approvals on, struck a full management agreement.
“From the start, AOS was honored to be part of the design, planning and approvals. We worked closely with the neighbors and the government to ensure the resort would be a winning project for the area” commented Kathleen Walsh, CEO, Advanced Outdoor Solutions.
This luxury property features a full restaurant, banquet facilities, rental cottages, rental RV’s, multiple bars and more. It is also located only one mile from Kings Island Resort, a major destination 40 miles south of Cincinnati.
“We are very excited about the future of this property and our growing relationship with ownership” said Rachel Godbout, COO.
Daily operations for Camp Cedar, a $27 million luxury recreational vehicle and cottage resort less than a mile away from Kings Island, were taken over by Advanced Outdoor Solutions at the beginning of the year.
