The Louisiana Office of State Parks recently completed a campsite improvement project at Tickfaw State Park adding full hookups to the 30-site campground. The upgraded campsites include water, electricity and sewer utilities. “We’re excited to offer upgraded campground amenities to our guests,” Lieutenant Governor Billy Nungesser said. “The full hookup campsites will make for a more convenient, enjoyable stay and allow time for relaxing and experiencing the natural beauty of Louisiana.” Other full hookup campground upgrade projects include Fontainebleau State Park and Jimmie Davis State Park.
