A 9-acre RV park in Largo has sold in a $10.5 million deal to a new operator. PJ Davis Inc. sold the Indian Rocks Travel Park, located at 12121 Vonn Road, to Beach House RV Resort LLC. The buying LLC entity is connected to Edward Zeman, a Chairman of Chicago-based real estate company Zeman Homes.
