Estacada’s new 98-space River Mill RV Park had its grand opening and ribbon cutting last week and the park is ready for campers. “We’re happy to provide a safe place to stay for people coming through” for the attractions around Estacada, said Dean Gano, chief compliance officer for Vancouver, Wash.-based owner, RV Inn Style Resorts.
