The Fayette County Zoning Commission previously recommended the project and approved a zoning change from agricultural use to regional commerce, according to Greg McCune, county building official.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">The commission voted 5-1 in favor of the project, with six of the 12 attendees serving as voting members. Kyle Reed of JLB1 Properties presented a preliminary plat layout, which McCarty &amp; Associates will complete for final review.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Reed addressed questions regarding management, fencing, and amenities. While the final number of recreational vehicles is undetermined due to space to be allocated for common areas\u2014such as a central fire pit, dog walking area, and a potential pond\u2014the initial plan accounts for approximately 70 spaces.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">The park will have a 90-day residency rule and provide specialized signage for traffic control on Prairie Road, Reed said.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Plans for site construction include roads designed to accommodate emergency vehicles, such as fire trucks and ambulances.
