The second phase would include 31 spaces, followed by 37 spaces in the third phase, 102 spaces in the fourth phase and four spaces and a community building in the fifth phase.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">The Glorietta Bay application also states that \u201cphasing will facilitate more effective management of infrastructure development and construction timelines, ensuring the project meets the city\u2019s standards while being completed in a timely manner.\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Lepman\u2019s Philomath project dates back to 2019 when the RV park, industrial flex space and storage facility proposals went through a comprehensive public process that attracted a great deal of public attention. The Philomath City Council ultimately approved the development in November of that year in a meeting that ran past midnight.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">In a 2023 interview, Lepman said his Philomath projects had been progressing at a slower pace than anticipated because of supply chain issues.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Based on the requests, the application was designated as a \u201cminor modification.\u201d The city planner is scheduled to take action on the application on July 1.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Those who would like to comment on the proposal must submit testimony in writing by 5 p.m. on June 30. Comments can be dropped off at the city manager\u2019s office at City Hall (980 Applegate St.) or mailed to P.O.
