This marks the company\u2019s 29th park acquisition in the last 24 months, further solidifying its position as a leader in the outdoor hospitality industry.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cWe are thrilled to welcome Winding River Campground to the Modern America Campgrounds family,\u201d said Hunter Vazza. \u201cIt is a wonderful property, and this acquisition aligns with our strategic growth plan and allows us to offer even more diverse camping options to our guests.\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Modern America Campgrounds has recently introduced several innovative programs to enhance the camping experience for its valued seasonal members and transient guests. Seasonal pass members now enjoy the added benefit of accessing other Modern America Campgrounds free of charge on a limited basis, expanding their camping options and fostering a sense of community among campers.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cWe encourage our seasonal members to visit our other parks,\u201d said Vazza. \u201cWe have some amazing properties, Bar Harbor Campground has an elevated 270-degree ocean view of the Atlantic, Eastern Slope has 1 mile of frontage on the Saco River in Conway, NH., and Camping on the Battenkill has 3\/4 mile of frontage on the Battenkill River in Arlington, VT.\u201d Vazza went on to say, \u201cThere isn\u2019t another park owner in the Northeast that allows their seasonal member campers complimentary access to 29 parks. The value is there for our seasonal campers and it\u2019s what separates us from other parks.\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Additionally, the company has launched the Freedom Trail Pass, granting campers access to all Modern America Campgrounds with minimal restrictions during peak season. This pass offers unparalleled flexibility and convenience for campers seeking to explore the diverse range of destinations within the Modern America Campgrounds network.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

With the acquisition of Winding River Campground, Modern America Campgrounds is set to expand its portfolio to 33 parks by the beginning of next season, with four additional acquisitions in the pipeline.
