Construction is set to begin in early 2025. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">The RV resort will be on 110 acres in Lumpkin County, Georgia, near the City of Dahlonega, in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">According to a news release from DiVine Village, the resort will feature luxury motorcoach pads, a heated pool, hot tubs, pickleball courts, a wine-tasting room, a gaming room, fire pits, lake views, pet-friendly areas, and more. Check out the renderings below:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">DiVine Village is being designed by Dahlonega resident Peter Shipps of Pro Vision Design, who also worked on the Old Edwards Inn in Highlands, North Carolina. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\">\u201c<span style=\"font-family: Lato, Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">We were inspired by Dahlonega\u2019s picturesque views, welcoming community and inherent charm, and we intend to keep it beautifully majestic with the addition of DiVine Village,\u201d DiVine Village Owner Tom Petrillo said. \u201cThis retreat will offer modern travelers an opportunity to experience a unique blend of adventure and relaxation while exploring Dahlonega&#8217;s many treasures.
