It comprises about 13 acres and would provide 65 spaces of various sizes.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\">\u201c<span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">The PUD has set that aside with Brewster\/mitigation in mind,\u201d said Mayor Art Smyth. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">The mayor explained that the PUD\u2019s 50-year relicensing plan with Wells Dam includes property up and down the river that must be repurposed for public use.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\">\u201c<span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">A requirement of their license is to provide access to the reservoir and recreational opportunities,\u201d Webster said.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family:
