Forrest Street Partners recently acquired Forsyth KOA, which is located north of Macon, GA. This acquisition is the second KOA franchise in Georgia and is a strategic move towards the firm\u2019s vision to provide the best-in-class service to the RV community and make improvements in the Georgia and Southeast markets. The Forsyth KOA resort has 132 RV sites, ten tent sites, and eleven cabins.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n The RV Park has been well-maintained to the high standards that are typical of a KOA property. However, the real estate firm intends to invest further into the park.
