According to its website, the park has 175 sites and provides propane services, an electric amp, storage during the summer, a dump station and laundry facilities.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">It also offers a swimming pool and clubhouse.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">A Zeman Homes representative was not immediately available to comment on the new acquisition and plans for the property. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Zeman Homes is one of the largest manufactured home and RV park operators in the country.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">The company owns the Paradise Pointe RV Resort in Naples, now known as the Caribbean Naples park. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Zeman Homes also owns a 55-and-older-age-restricted manufactured home community in Haines City and is currently building a new park in Arcadia.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">The new Arcadia residential development called South Sands Signature RV Resort, located just south of the Peace River and 25 minutes from Charlotte Harbor, will have a swimming pool, pickleball courts, a dog park and other amenities. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">While the Largo transaction marks the company\u2019s entrance into the Pinellas County market, other RV and mobile home communities in the area have been recently acquired by out-of-state buyers. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">In October, the Isle of Palms Mobile Home Park, located at 7400 46th Ave. N. in St. Petersburg, sold in a $9.9 million deal. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">The seller, which is connected to a South Florida-based investor, sold the 161-unit, age-restricted park to Utah-based manufactured home developer Havenpark Communities.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/stpetecatalyst.com\/rv-park-in-pinellas-sells-for-over-10m\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Source<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A 9-acre RV park in Largo has sold in a $10.5 million deal to a new operator.
