The plat lists plans for self-storage units and boat and RV storage adjacent to the RV lots. Those plans have not yet been submitted, Baldwin County planning and zoning staff said. Shravan Kumar of OZInvest, the Texas-based company that owns the property, said those plans were likely to happen, though they haven\u2019t been made official.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Kumar also said the company is considering options for the land south of the RV park, which is currently undeveloped.
