In announcing the purchase, Requity did not reveal a purchase price.<\/p>\n<p>The Requity Group said that the acquisition occurred after its team located the property off the market and allows the firm to close out the year with more than 2,000 lots of RV campgrounds and manufactured housing lots under management, with 1,330 of those in North Carolina.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to properties in Kentucky and Tennessee, TRG also operates in North Carolina the Inlet at Lanier Pointe in Holly Ridge, the Cabin Creek Campground in Jacksonville, the Cobble Hill park in Salisbury and three properties in Sneads Ferry: Seahaven RV Park, Fulcher\u2019s Landing and Silver Sands RV Park.<\/p>\n<p>The Requity Group, a vertically integrated private equity real estate company founded in 2020 by Dylan Marma, reports more than $100 million of assets under management.<\/p>\n<p>Marma told the Asheboro Courier Tribune that TRG, of which he is CEO, has \u201cbig plans for the campground\u201d and that it is \u201ccommitted to making it the premier destination for families and nature lovers in the area.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>TRG expects to onboard a professional on-site management and maintenance team and to focus on enhancing the destination through campground events and activities.<\/p>\n<p>Among the immediate improvements planned are a community event space, with plans to host a haunted house in season, as well as an on-site store and upgrades to the park\u2019s mini-golf course.
