It does not need city council approval, Heyburn Planning and Zoning Attorney Paul Ross said. \u201cThis will have a big economic impact,\u201d Heyburn Planning and Zoning Commissioner Bryan Jensen said.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-2264\" src=\"http:\/\/rvparkiq.com\/industry-insights\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/628fe2db68172.image_-660x365.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"660\" height=\"365\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis will bring people into the area and increase revenues for the city through taxes.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The ground, which is in a commercial general district zone, contains a manmade pond that has an Idaho Department of Fish and Game easement with public access.
